Responsibilities

• Drive modernisation of core Advice Technology platforms; set engineering direction and oversee delivered solutions to ensure standards and quality.
• Define and embed engineering standards, patterns and best practices as the team scales.
• Lead complex technical decision-making, manage debt and legacy challenges while balancing risk and delivery.
• Introduce modern engineering approaches including automation and AI-enabled capability with secure-by-design principles.
• Stay hands-on where it matters, guiding teams through ambiguity and shaping early-stage solutions.
• Influence across the enterprise by partnering with architecture, product, security and technology teams.
