Qualifications

• Proven track record in software engineering leadership within complex environments.
• Experience modernising critical platforms and guiding technical direction.
• Strong understanding of architecture, scalability, resilience, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering strategy and platform direction for Advice Technology.
• Set engineering standards, patterns, and best practices as the team scales.
• Lead complex technical decision-making, balancing innovation with risk and debt.
• Introduce modern engineering approaches, including automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Remain hands-on where needed to solve high-impact problems and guide teams.
• Influence across architecture, product, security and tech teams to align platform goals.
