You will mentor engineers, drive scalable solutions, and partner with architecture, product, security and technology teams to align platform direction with business outcomes.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in software engineering, platform delivery or technical leadership within complex environments.
• Proven ability to modernise business critical platforms and influence technical direction.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering principles (architecture, integration, scalability, resilience, security).
• Experience working across distributed systems and API-led environments.
• Ability to operate across both strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving.
• Strong stakeholder influence - able to engage, challenge and align senior technical audiences.

• Drive the modernisation of core Advice Technology platforms, setting engineering direction and maintaining close oversight of delivered solutions to ensure engineering standards, best practices and quality expectations are consistently met
