Commonwealth Bank of Australia is seeking a Principal Software Engineer (Java, API, AWS) to lead the architecture, design and governance of workflow platforms in a hybrid environment. You will mentor engineers, drive cloud-native solutions and ensure security-focused delivery across business units.

You will collaborate with high-performing teams to translate vision into actionable plans and scalable implementations, leveraging AWS, microservices and API strategies while promoting DevOps

Formación

• Experience in designing platforms and microservices for cloud-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of API design, security and performance considerations.
• Proven ability to lead engineers and translate vision into delivery plans.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Exposure to workflow tools like Pega or Appian is desirable.
