Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Extensive product design experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced SolidWorks and product development expertise.
• Strong knowledge of DFM, DFMEA, validation and reliability.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Experience influencing technical decisions and strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for innovation, quality and continuous improvement.
