Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Extensive product design experience in manufacturing.
- Advanced SolidWorks and product development expertise.
- Strong knowledge of DFM, DFMEA, validation and reliability.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Experience influencing technical decisions and strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for innovation, quality and continuous improvement.
