Job summary

Genesis, in Sydney, NSW, seeks an experienced Principal Delivery Manager to drive day-to-day design, development and legacy decommissioning for a new flagship digital platform. You will lead two to three build squads, collaborating with product and engineering counterparts, and align with the Principal Program Manager.

Key requirements include proven experience delivering complex technical programs, especially system replacement and process transformation, plus Salesforce CRM/BPM product

• Product Delivery: Partner with product and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer-focused solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Align delivery outcomes with business priorities, customer needs and operational goals.
• Budget & Resourcing: Manage forecasting, budgets and resource allocation across project workstreams.
• Go-Live & Transition: Oversee releases, data migration and legacy system transition activities.
• Change Enablement: Support business readiness, training, adoption and successful operational transition.

• Work habits that prioritise outcomes, through commitment to speed, flexibility and quality of deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with, or ability to adapt to NSW Government practices and standards.
