Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including literacy and numeracy instruction.
• Ability to plan for high-impact teaching and evaluate learning growth.
• Experience in monitoring and assessing student learning using data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents and staff.
• Commitment to professional learning and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals to meet student outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum development and evaluation within the school.
• Attend parent/teacher meetings and staff meetings; support events.
• Undertake non-teaching duties as required by the principal.
• Supervise and mentor student teachers; support data-informed practice.
