NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD is seeking a Learning Support Teacher - Primary (Graduates Encouraged) at Trinity Anglican School in Cairns. This 0.8 FTE role starts in Term 4, 2026 with relocation options and a salary range of $92,000–$130,000 per annum plus 12.75% super.

The successful candidate will work with teachers, health professionals and families to deliver tailored support across campus, fostering inclusive practices and student success at TAS White Rock.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or teaching qualification is required.
• Postgraduate qualification in Special Education is preferred.
• Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) is required.
• HLTAID012 CPR or willingness to obtain, HLTAID009 CPR or willingness to obtain

Responsabilités

• Assist teachers to develop intervention strategies for Literacy and Numeracy.
• Recognise diverse student needs and treat each child with dignity and respect.
• Aid in implementing Individual Education Programs for Tier 3 students.
• Provide regular reports on actions and outcomes.
• Oversee NCCD data collection for students with disability.
• Support teachers in documenting evidence for disability adjustments.
• Engage with parents and encourage their involvement.
• Encourage students to become lifelong learners.
