Job summary

Rosary Park Catholic School in Branxton, NSW, seeks a Permanent Full-Time Primary Coordinator to join the team from January 2027. The role works with the leadership team to promote learning excellence, improve teaching programs and student outcomes, and foster a culture of reflective practice.

The successful candidate will have a Four-year teaching qualification, NESA accreditation, and capacity to lead strategic learning initiatives, with a focus on student wellbeing and Catholic education

Qualifications

• Four-year trained teacher with at least four years' teaching experience aligned to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
• NESA Teacher Accreditation and Working with Children checks completed or in progress.
• Awareness of anaphylaxis training and safety requirements.
• Desirable postgraduate study in education or leadership for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee the school's strategic learning initiatives.
• Support monitoring and review of school improvement initiatives.
• Support monitoring and review of school compliance.
• Lead and model quality teaching programs and learning outcomes.
• Promote contemporary and innovative pedagogical practices.
• Foster collegiality and reflective practice across staff.
• Identify learning experiences to support ongoing professional development.
• Know students well and provide engaging learning that supports wellbeing.
