Job summary

Rosary Park Catholic School in Branxton, NSW, is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Primary Coordinator to join the leadership team from January 2027. The role leads strategic learning, supports school improvement and compliance, and advances teaching quality and student wellbeing within a Catholic education context.

The successful candidate will work with staff and the wider community to promote excellence, model innovative pedagogy, and align with Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.

Qualifications

• Must be Catholic with clear commitment to Catholic education and Church mission.
• Promote and support staff to develop innovative teaching across KLA.
• Demonstrated management and administrative skills for program operation.
• Ability to utilise data to optimise outcomes, think strategically, and support leadership.
• High level communication and interpersonal skills within school and community.
• Experience leading school initiatives (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee strategic learning initiatives.
• Support monitoring and review of school improvement initiatives.
• Support monitoring and review of school compliance.
• Lead, model and support quality teaching programs and learning outcomes.
• Model and promote contemporary pedagogical practices.
• Contribute to culture of collegiality and reflective practice.
• Support individuals in identifying new learning experiences for professional development.
• Know students well and provide engaging learning that supports wellbeing.
