Job summary

Mount Scopus Memorial College in Melbourne, Burwood campus, is seeking an organised Individual Learning Administrator (Primary) & NCCD Support (Prep to 12). This 1.0 FTE role combines primary IL administration (0.8 FTE) with 0.2 FTE NCCD support for the Secondary School, reporting to the Director of Individual Learning (Primary).

You will oversee NCCD records in TASS, coordinate SSGs, manage allied health bookings, and support IL staff, ESOs and teachers with compliant processes across both

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage detailed administrative processes with accuracy.
• Experience with school management software and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of NCCD framework processes is desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate NCCD-related records in TASS and IL systems.
• Coordinate term-by-term Student Support Group (SSG) cycles and maintain IEPs.
• Oversee external allied health therapist visits and timetable construction for ESOs.
• Update TASS class allocations during school holidays and adjust throughout the year.
• Assist with onboarding IL staff and support funding applications and professional development logistics.
