Mount Scopus Memorial College is seeking an organised Individual Learning Administrator (Primary) to join our Burwood campus on a 1.0 FTE basis, with 0.8 FTE primary and 0.2 FTE NCCD support for the Secondary. This key role keeps learning support records, SSG processes, and related compliance running smoothly.

You will manage NCCD records in TASS, coordinate SSG cycles, arrange allied health bookings, and support IL staff, teachers, and ESOs.

Qualifications

• Google Suite and School Management Systems proficiency.
• Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication with staff, parents, and health professionals.
• Discretion handling confidential student data.
• Experience in a school environment or understanding of NCCD framework (training provided).

Responsabilités

• Maintain NCCD-related records in TASS and IL systems.
• Coordinate the term-by-term Student Support Group (SSG) cycle and onboarding of new students.
• Manage external allied health bookings and timetables for Primary School.
• Set up and update TASS class allocations during school holidays and adjust year-round.
• Support IL staff, teachers, and ESOs; assist with funding documentation and PD logistics.
