Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coaching teachers to improve classroom practice.
• Ability to lead curriculum planning and assessment.
• Track record using data to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional coaching and collaborative planning with staff.
• Strengthen curriculum planning, literacy, numeracy, and continuity of learning.
• Support analysis of student achievement and attendance data.
• Coordinate early identification and targeted intervention.
• Foster inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments.
• Mentor teachers and emerging leaders; engage families and community.
