You will provide instructional leadership, translate priorities into classroom practice and drive improvement across the curriculum portfolio, working with the Principal and Deputy Principals.

You will coach teachers, lead collaborative planning, analyse student data and align resources to support improved learning outcomes for Aboriginal students and the wider

• Strong curriculum knowledge and ability to develop coherent planning and assessment.
• Ability to lead improvement through coaching cycles, modelling and feedback.
