Responsibilities

• Instructional Coaching: build teacher capability through coaching, observation, modelling, feedback and collaborative planning to improve teaching practice.
• Curriculum and Pedagogy: strengthen curriculum planning, assessment and evidence-based teaching with a focus on literacy, numeracy and continuity of learning.
• Data-Informed Improvement: analyse student achievement, attendance and engagement data to identify priorities and measure impact.
• Academic Support and Intervention: coordinate early identification and targeted intervention to improve student learning.
