Job summary

St Thomas Primary School, part of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd, is seeking two fixed-term classroom teachers for full-time (FTE 1.0) and part-time (FTE 0.8) roles. Successful applicants will join a supportive, collaborative team focused on student learning, wellbeing and growth within a Catholic education context.

Applicants must hold VIT registration, have or be willing to obtain Religious Education accreditation, and demonstrate knowledge of Child Safe Standards and the MACS Code

Qualifications

• Must hold current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school, or willingness to obtain.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the 11 Child Safe Standards and the MACS Code of Conduct.
• Actively contribute to the school’s strategic vision for aligned, evidence-informed instructional and wellbeing practices.
