Job summary
DP World, based in Melbourne, seeks a Manager, Pricing & Solutions Engineering to lead the design and implementation of innovative logistics solutions. You will apply engineering principles, automation, and technology to warehouse and logistical processes, delivering commercially viable business proposals and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Logistics Engineering / Automation & Mechatronics Engineering.
- 8+ years in logistics, warehousing or 3PL industries, preferably multinational.
- 8+ years experience with Contract Logistics Solution Design or Industrial Engineering or Process Improvement.
- Experience with regional leadership functions.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated warehouse solutions.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team player with change-agent mindset.
- Experience communicating at Senior Executive level.
- Experience in Electronics, Consumer Products, Omnichannel and related verticals is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership for Solution Engineering as the regional focal point.
- Establish guidelines for warehousing and contract logistics activities in APAC.
- Develop standard toolbox and training for solution engineers.
- Support RFQs to deliver best solution meeting objectives.
- Lead requirement gathering with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external consultants on design projects.
- Present impact of designed processes to stakeholders and customers.
- Research and adopt new automation technologies for proposals.
- Define specs with suppliers for automation and tech in warehouses.
- Develop and conduct training programs for Solution Design teams across APAC.
