Job summary

Auto & General is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategies at the Toowong office in Brisbane. You will analyze pricing structures, data sources and premium changes, communicating findings to internal stakeholders and ensuring accuracy across pricing systems.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to work independently or within a team. A supportive benefits program and flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand how pricing works across products, channels and systems.
• Identify reasons for changes in premium and communicate to stakeholders.
• Manipulate and summarise large data sets for pricing insights.
• Maintain pricing assurance using appropriate tools and data.
• Interrogate live pricing systems to ensure accurate premiums and escalate issues.
• Accurately recalculate customer premiums based on updated information.
• Assess impact of pricing compliance breaches and quantify remediation amounts.
• Adhere to pricing policies and procedures.
