Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in valuations, pricing or analytics in data-led environments.
• Proficient in Excel and large data sets with reporting tools.
• Able to translate data insights into actionable business decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexible, organized and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Willing to work on a rotating roster, including weekends.
• Passion for cars is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review and fine-tune pricing recommendations using machine learning inputs, inspection reports and your own research.
• Analyse online listings, auction data and internal tools to make confident, data-backed valuation decisions.
• Support trade-in pricing and collaborate with customer experience teams to ensure fair and accurate offers to customers.
• Track stock performance and pricing trends, working with the Business Insights and Data teams to ensure we’re buying the right cars, at the right time, for the right price.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to dig into data, spot irregularities and surface insights.
• Ensure every valuation reflects the true condition and value of each vehicle.
• Help improve internal processes and support the broader buying team where needed.
• Jump into ad hoc projects as required – we move fast and love curious thinkers.
