Aspen Pharmacare is seeking an energetic Brand Manager to join our Prescription team at our Head Office in St Leonards, NSW. This is a 10-month parental leave contract commencing 19 October 2026.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll implement approved brand strategies and deliver marketing initiatives across GP and specialist groups. You’ll bring market insights, customer needs, digital engagement and commercial performance to maximise brand potential while coordinating across

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ pharmaceutical brand management experience in Australia.
• Experience across primary care and/or hospital specialty products.
• Good understanding of the PBS and private prescription markets.

Responsibilities

• Implement integrated brand and marketing initiatives across channels including digital.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales activity and market data; provide insights.
• Support field team with customer segmentation, market insights and sales materials.
• Manage A&P budgets, agencies and suppliers within agreed parameters.
• Monitor stock positions; advise Supply Chain for demand forecasting.
• Prepare regular sales, activity and marketing reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Sales, Medical, PV, Supply Chain.
• Review promotional materials using Veeva PromoMats.
