Job summary

ANZUK Education in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is seeking a dedicated Junior Preschool Educator for the 3-4 age group. You will support planning, programming and mentor fellow educators, contributing to a high-quality curriculum and vibrant learning environment both inside and in the outdoors.

Ideal candidates will hold Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, have EYLF/NQS knowledge, current first aid and WWCC, and enjoy working in a collaborative school setting with opportunities

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has experience with 3-4/3-5 age groups and understands EYLF and NQS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and programming in the Junior Preschool room.
• Mentor and coach educators in the team.
• Deliver high-quality curriculum and enriching learning experiences.
• Coordinate regular local excursions and community connections.
