Job summary

anzuk Education is seeking a Junior Preschool Educator to join a supportive centre in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. You will contribute to planning and programming for 3-4/3-5 year olds and mentor other educators in the room.

You should have Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent), GECCKO safety training, First aid, and a Working With Children Check, with knowledge of EYLF and NQS and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent).
• GECCKO National Child Safety Training.
• Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis + CPR.
• Working With Children Check.
• Experience with 3-4/3-5 age group.
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and programming for the Junior Preschool space.
• Mentor other educators in the room.
• Deliver high-quality learning experiences in the classroom and outdoor areas.
• Participate in regular excursions and build connections with the local community.
