Job summary

ANZUK Education in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is seeking a dedicated Junior Preschool Educator for the 3-4 age group. You will support planning, programming and mentor fellow educators, contributing to a high-quality curriculum and vibrant learning environment both inside and in the outdoors.

Ideal candidates will hold Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, have EYLF/NQS knowledge, current first aid and WWCC, and enjoy working in a collaborative school setting with opportunities

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has experience with 3-4/3-5 age groups and understands EYLF and NQS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor colleagues.

Position: Junior Preschool Educator (3-4yrs)

The Centre

This wonderful school and ELC is based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The longstanding Director is extremely supportive and involved in the day to day running of the school, making herself present to all staff and children.

The Opportunity

A rare position has become available for an experienced Certificate 3 or Diploma Educator to join the Junior Preschool space. As an experienced educator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and programming, as well as mentoring the other educators within the room.

You will be part of an incredibly strong team who are dedicated to delivering a curriculum of the highest quality, and exciting and enriching learning experiences for the children - both in the classroom and in the stunning outdoor areas.
With regular excursions into the local area, you will be part of a centre that has created fantastic connections to their community.

The Ideal Teacher

The perfect educator for this role will have had experience working with 3-4/3-5 age group and want to work in a school-based setting. In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and fantastic communication skills.

• Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
