Australian Football League is seeking a Premium Membership Casual based at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne to deliver high-quality membership experiences. As a Premium Membership Casual, you will help create high-quality experiences for Stadium and Premium Membership customers across AFL Membership, Medallion Club, Altis and Premier Suites.
Working across customer service channels, events and match days, you will provide responsive support, maintain accurate membership information and assist with bookings and administration.
Based at AFL House, the role also involves match-day and event work at the MCG, Marvel Stadium and other venues as required.
You will support the smooth delivery of premium membership services by providing professional customer care and reliable operational support.
