Job summary

Brown‑Forman is seeking a Business Development Executive in Sydney to expand our premium brand presence across key customer segments. You will build strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, and execute plans that drive growth in local markets.

The role includes in‑store merchandising, promotional activations, and regular travel to trade venues. You will engage with customers, analyze trends, and develop innovative business plans to grow Brown‑Forman brands in ANZ.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with On‑Premise and Off‑Premise customers to build commercial relationships.
• Adapt and implement business strategy to increase engagement, visibility, and trust.
• Present commercial strategies to customers in an engaging manner.
• Prepare territory plans and objectives with measurable results and budget reviews.
• Travel up to 30% as required and manage in‑store merchandising and display setup.
