Job summary

Hype DC is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Belconnen location to deliver the brand vision, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving sales, leading a large team, and creating memorable moments for our customers.

You will work with the Area Manager and State Manager to maximise growth, coach and develop staff, and maintain best-in-class store standards while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for customers and team

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets.
Strong leadership and people-management skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations and manage day-to-day activities to achieve sales and KPI targets.
Create a high-performance culture and deliver memorable customer experiences.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and rostering to optimise cost and efficiency.
Drive visual merchandising standards and omni-channel customer experience in-store.
