Job summary

Lucas Collective is seeking Experienced Section Waitstaff, Hosts, Bartenders and Sommeliers to deliver exceptional service in our premium venues across Melbourne. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to a renowned hospitality team.

Candidates should have proven experience in premium dining, strong cocktail or wine knowledge as applicable, RSA certification or the ability to obtain it, and a flexible roster including weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly rates offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Waitstaff, Host, Bartender or Sommelier in premium la-carte restaurant
• Bartender applicants must have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
• Sommelier applicants must have strong wine knowledge
• Experience with Seven Rooms or similar is advantageous for Hosts
• Passion for delivering outstanding service
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Exemplary communication and time management skills
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in day-to-day operations
• Exceptional presentation
• Willingness to work rotating roster including weekends and holidays
• RSA certificate and relevant qualifications

• Maintain high standards of presentation and efficiency during service
• Participate in rotating rosters including weekends and holidays and adapt to opening/closing shifts
