Job summary

dnata is seeking a seasoned Premium Services Manager to oversee the marhaba meet & greet and lounge service, based in Sydney. You will drive growth nationally and lead a team to deliver a five-star experience for premium passengers while upholding dnata’s values and standards.

In this senior role, you will coach staff, manage budgets, ensure food quality, and collaborate with marketing, events and sales to deliver exceptional service and exclusive guest experiences at the Sydney Airport lounge.

Qualifications

• 10 years managerial experience in high-end premium dining.
• Diploma/Degree in F&B, Travel, Tourism or Hospitality Management (ANZSCO Skill Level 2).
• HACCP, food safety, allergen management and infection control knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to supervise lounge operations and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver growth strategy for the Marhaba lounge service nationally.
• Lead culinary and food service departments in line with dnata’s goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, events and sales on promotions and initiatives.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Coach and develop team to elevate service standards and performance.
• Ensure seamless lounge maintenance and uninterrupted operations.
• Foster trust, open communication and cohesive teamwork.
