Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a senior lounge, airline, or hospitality operations role.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage P&L.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day lounge operations ensuring outstanding customer experience.
• Plan service sequences and standards tailored to the lounge setting.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and airport authorities to meet standards.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; align staffing with airline schedules.
• Oversee financials, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Monitor performance, drive improvements, and report regularly on KPI trends.
