Job summary

dnata is seeking a Senior Premium Services Manager to lead the marhaba meet & greet and lounge service nationwide from Sydney. You will drive growth, oversee culinary standards, collaborate with chefs, and maintain exceptional guest experiences for premium passengers.

The role requires a decade of managerial experience in high-end dining, HACCP expertise, and strong leadership with a demonstrated ability to manage change and deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• 10 years management experience in a high-end premium dining environment.
• Strong HACCP, food safety, allergen management and infection control knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, manage change and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the growth strategy for the Marhaba meet & greet and lounge service nationally.
• Lead expansion strategies to drive revenue and protect the premium service promise.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation across production and catering.
• Collaborate with chefs to design menus that meet diverse guest needs and seasonal offerings.
• Oversee lounge maintenance and operations to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Coach and motivate staff to embody dnata values and service excellence.
