Wishbone, from Lucas Collective, is opening this November in Melbourne's CBD. We’re building our team from day one and seeking an experienced Host to welcome guests, manage arrivals, and set the tone for a premium dining experience.

You will work across a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays, with RSA certification and a passion for exceptional service. Lucas Collective houses iconic restaurants and offers a collaborative, growth‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Host in a premium venue.
• Experience with guest management systems (Seven Rooms/OpenTable/Triple Seat/ResPAK).
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively.
• Strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in day-to-day operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including openings, closings, weekends and public holidays.
• RSA certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and act as the first point of contact.
