Job summary

Rugby World Cup Australia is seeking a Partner Hospitality Operations Specialist to deliver premium experiences for partners, sponsors and guests during the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027. You will coordinate hospitality programmes, manage ticketing, accreditation and guest services while aligning with commercial and venue teams.

Based in Sydney, this fixed-term full-time role offers hybrid working and transitions to full-time in-office as the tournament approaches.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in hospitality, events, sport, tourism or customer service.
• Strong bookings, ticket allocations and accreditation experience.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in major sporting events or premium hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner hospitality programmes within budget.
• Manage hospitality ticket inventories and allocations.
• Administer guest registration, bookings and communications.
• Prepare operational plans, guest manifests, seating allocations and reports.
• Provide event-day and tournament-time support as a key contact for partners and guests.
