Job summary

Forefront Recruitment Pty is seeking a Project Manager for Melbourne's premium residential market. You’ll manage 5–10 private clients post-handover, overseeing maintenance, servicing and presentation of bespoke homes, while building long‑term relationships.

The role combines on-site client interaction with operational duties, including coordinating upgrades, assessing costs and driving value through additional services. A strong communicator with tech savvy is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience across construction, maintenance, facilities or post‑completion services.
• Exposure to high‑end residential projects is advantageous.
• Organised, proactive and confident using technology and modern software tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage around 5–10 private clients at any one time, overseeing ongoing maintenance, servicing and presentation of their homes.
• Coordinate maintenance works, organise servicing and manage defects or upgrades.
• Oversee commercial aspects, including pricing, quoting works and estimating costs.
• Develop long‑term relationships with owners and support post‑handover services.
