Job summary

R.M. Williams is seeking a passionate Sales Associate for our new Parramatta store in Sydney. You will join a team supporting Store Management to deliver a memorable customer experience and drive profitability ahead of the late November 2026 opening.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in fashion or footwear retail, strong product knowledge, and a talent for meeting sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience within a fashion or footwear retailer.
• Proven ability to meet and contribute to sales targets.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop exceptional product knowledge across our range of fashion, footwear and accessories.
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers, managers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer care by welcoming and equipping them with product knowledge, expert advice and a memorable store experience
• Actively selling products and developing relationships with new and existing customers
• Providing follow up and after sales care to customers
• Assisting the Store Manager with daily tasks
• Working towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure the store is kept presentable and in-line with Visual Merchandising standards to maximise sales potential
