Job summary

R.M.Williams is opening a new Parramatta store, seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and drive an inclusive, positive culture. You will lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experience and help achieve sales targets. Training at existing Sydney stores prior to opening is required.

The role involves managing weekends, rostering, merchandising and KPI tracking, with a generous benefits package and long-term career opportunities at RM Williams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as 2IC/3IC in fashion/footwear retail.
• Proven ability to meet and contribute to sales targets.
• Excellent product knowledge across fashion, footwear, and accessories.
• Excellent communication with customers, managers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care: welcome customers, share product knowledge and history, ensure a positive experience.
• Actively sell products and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Oversee and contribute to sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist with staff management: training on product knowledge and motivating to achieve targets.
• Assist with inductions and appraisals.
• Assist with store functions: Visual Merchandising, rostering, inventory control.
• Assist the Store Manager with administration duties as required.
