SkyCity Adelaide is seeking passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors for both part-time and full-time roles. You will lead teams across venues including The Opal & Grange Rooms and Central Café, ensuring premium service from morning to late-night hours up to 5am.

A driver of guest experience, you’ll manage high-volume, high-standard service in a dynamic entertainment destination. Flexibility with shifts is essential, as is a natural ability to lead, communicate, and maintain attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years proven supervisory experience in hospitality or a premium service environment.
