• Assisting in leading, supporting, and inspiring our dedicated FOH team.
• Maintaining a calm, confident presence on the floor, ensuring seamless service and a warm guest journey.
• Overseeing daily restaurant operations and assisting with rostering, staff development, and performance.
• Optimising table flow and service rhythm to support both the guest experience and team efficiency.
• Managing customer feedback with grace and professionalism.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence in every service.
• Supporting inventory, ordering, and cost control.
