Job summary

Marrow & Co is a premium steakhouse located in Bankstown Sports Club, Sydney. We seek casual Food & Beverage Attendants / Waitstaff to join our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced à la carte setting.

Shifts across lunch, dinner, evenings and weekends; RSA qualification required. Opportunity to develop skills across premium venues within the Bankstown Sports Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium dining or steakhouse environments.
• Ability to recommend food and beverages with confidence.
• Strong presentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional table service in a premium à la carte environment.
• Guide guests through food, wine and beverage selections.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems and serve accordingly.
• Prepare and serve cocktails when required and maintain bar standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow RSA, food safety and WHS requirements.
