Royal Sydney in Rose Bay is seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join the Functions Team. This part-time role offers 15-25 hours per week with flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays tied to event schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B in high-end hotels or function venues.
• Friendly, positive and energetic with strong presentation standards.
• Experience in function/banquet service (3-plate carry/5-plate clear desirable).
• Knowledge of wine and beverage offerings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise service and work under pressure.
• NSW RSA certificate and working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain front and back-of-house areas to a high standard.
• Provide five-star service with professionalism and strong attention to detail.
• Take accurate orders and ensure seamless service.
• Assist with wine service and table presentation.
• Maintain cutlery, linens, and table décor.
• Ensure smooth, high-quality function operations.
