Job summary

Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club is seeking an experienced Trade Waiter to join our hospitality team at this exclusive private golf destination. You will deliver professional food and beverage service across our clubhouse, dining and private events, with attention to detail and guest-focused service.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in waiter roles or a Cert II in Hospitality, with prior experience in premium settings and a strong knowledge of wine and beverages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a waiter or food and beverage role or a Cert II in Hospitality.
• Experience in premium restaurants, hotels, private clubs or golf clubs is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience providing professional table service and guest care.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Delivering polished table and restaurant service.
• Providing knowledgeable wine and beverage service.
• Preparing and maintaining dining and service areas to an exceptional standard.
• Developing strong knowledge of menus, beverages and service standards.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing warm, personalised service.
• Assisting with functions, events and special dining experiences.
• Working closely with our kitchen and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintaining Cathedral's presentation, grooming and service standards at all times.
