Lake House Daylesford is seeking a Trade Waiter to join its acclaimed team. Based in Daylesford VIC, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a renowned, high-standard restaurant environment and contribute to a world-class guest experience.

The role requires a Certificate III in Hospitality and around 3 years of related experience, with strong presentation, organization, and communication skills to work with an international staff and deliver consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Hospitality and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent presentation and high standards for a hatted restaurant.
• Ability to work with international staff and deliver quality service.
• Strong organization and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests’ specific needs and expectations are met during their time on the property.
• Accurate orders for both food and beverage are taken and communicated to the kitchen & bar.
• Demonstrate technical skills (plate handling, wine presentation and opening, table clearing, coffee making) for guests.
• Ensure that guests are farewelled to a positive last impression.
• Note and refer return guests to the Restaurant Duty Manager.
