Job summary

Catalyst Metals is seeking a Long Hole Driller to support the Plutonic Gold Mine in Western Australia. You will operate modern drill rigs, work with geology and engineering to execute stopes, and contribute to maintaining precision and safety on site.

Successful candidates will have proven long hole drilling experience, strong responsibility for quality drilling, and a commitment to a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused mindset and teamwork.
• Proven experience operating long hole production drills.
• Strong understanding of ring design and drilling accuracy requirements.
• Experience in remnant or technically complex stoping environments (desirable).
• Commitment to maintaining clean and efficient working areas.
• Ability to follow procedures and work to plan.
• Current Manual C-Class Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate long hole production drill rigs.
• Drill production rings in accordance with design specifications.
• Maintain drilling accuracy to minimise overbreak and dilution.
• Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with charge-up and technical teams to ensure stope readiness.
