PJN Steel Fabrication in Walla Walla, NSW, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to run roll forming and metal fabrication equipment with a focus on safety and quality. You will follow detailed drawings and work instructions, maintain clean work areas, and contribute to efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a mechanical mindset, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safe practices, with forklift experience preferred. Training provided for site work as needed.

Formación

• Experience operating roll forming or metal fabrication machinery.
• Ability to read and follow drawings, job sheets, and instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
• Forklift license is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in both workshop and site environments.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a variety of roll forming machines in accordance with production requirements.
• Operate other metal fabrication machinery as required.
• Follow instructions, drawings, and documentation from drafting and senior staff.
• Use hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitor material and stock levels when reloading equipment.
• Ensure components meet required dimensions and quality specs.
• Work in both workshop and construction site environments as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and PPE usage.
• Adhere to Australian Standards and company procedures.
