Job summary

R-Biopharm Australia, headquartered in Sydney, seeks a Production Operator to support manufacturing of high‑quality products. You will set up liquid handling systems, operate analytical tools, and ensure accurate data entry while following GLP and safety procedures.

This full‑time role offers a Monday–Friday roster, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and ISO 13485 compliance across the manufacturing function.

Qualifications

• Follow GLP principles in daily tasks.
• Use standard laboratory equipment (pipettes).
• Follow detailed work processes and instructions.
• Work well in a collaborative environment.
• Maintain high levels of organisation and accuracy.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automatic liquid handling systems.
• Operate analytical tools and laboratory equipment (pipettes).
• Input batch data into company databases accurately and promptly.
• Follow GLP housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
• Follow SOPs and documented work Instructions.
• Perform in-process checks on raw materials and reagents.
• Package and label medical devices to ISO 13485 standards and deliver on schedule.
• Rotate through different operative tasks as required.
• Maintain and update training schedules.
