Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing or technical environment or a recent graduate.
• A science qualification or relevant technical experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and an accurate, consistent approach to work.
• Comfortable following procedures and quality requirements.
• Reliable, organised, efficient and self-motivated.
• Collaborative, with strong communication, computer and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products according to approved procedures and production schedules.
• Prepare raw materials, reagents and production components.
• Dispense and label products.
• Complete batch records and maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records.
• Perform routine quality control checks.
• Operate and maintain laboratory and production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant production environment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Assist with product investigations, customer enquiries and stability studies as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement and follow all BioPoint quality, safety and accreditation requirements.
