Protecnium is seeking a Precast Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production activities at our Adelaide precast yard on a major transportation infrastructure project. You will ensure work aligns with project specs, quality standards, and delivery schedules while coordinating with the Precast Superintendent, engineers, QA, planners and logistics.

Qualificações

• 4+ years experience as a Precast Shift Supervisor in tunnels, highways, bridges, heavy civil construction, or similar.
• Supervisory experience in precast concrete production or heavy manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of precast manufacturing methodologies and production sequencing.
• Experience coordinating large work crews and multiple production activities simultaneously.
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Trade qualification or construction background highly regarded.
• Willingness to work a rotating day / night - 7/3 - 7/4 roster.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production activities across the precast yard and ensure work aligns with project specs, quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the Precast Superintendent, Engineers, QA teams, planners and logistics personnel to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Lead a workforce with diverse skillsets, coordinating multiple fronts and maintaining production momentum in a fast-paced project environment.
