Job summary

RA Precast is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. You will coordinate projects from tender through to completion, preparing estimates and ensuring delivery timelines with the production team.

The role requires at least 2 years in precast or construction, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Aconex and Excel. You will maintain client relationships and track variations to ensure accurate claims.

We are RA Precast; a Precast Concrete Manufacturer located in Brooklyn Victoria. We strive to deliver excellence in product quality and customer service to our clients. We have a position available for a hands‑on Project Coordinator to join our team reporting directly to the Company Director. You will be responsible for coordinating projects from the tender process through to Project completion.

Key responsibilities

Prepare estimates and quotations for Precast Projects accurately and on a timely manner

Review Scope of Work for the project and flag any concerns

Maintain relationships with clients throughout the project to ensure excellent customer service

Sequencing Panels and coordinating with our production team to meet Builders Project requirements.

Coordinate Transport to meet customer delivery deadlines

Track, handle and validate variations as they occur during the lifespan of the project and ensure correct claiming of the variations

Support our director in day‑to‑day operational tasks

About you

Minimum 2 years in the Precast or Construction Industry with a good understanding of the Precast Concrete Industry

Dynamic, proactive, reliable and hands‑on

Proficient in Aconex, Excel, AI, Emails, and general computers

Knowledge of Bluebeam Software is preferred

Thrive in a fast‑paced environment with excellent organisational skills

Can multitask different projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external parties

Can read and interpret construction drawings
