Job summary

RA Precast is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. You will coordinate projects from tender through to completion, preparing estimates and ensuring delivery timelines with the production team.

The role requires at least 2 years in precast or construction, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Aconex and Excel. You will maintain client relationships and track variations to ensure accurate claims.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the Precast or Construction Industry
• Proficient in Aconex, Excel, AI, Emails
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and quotations for Precast Projects
• Review Scope of Work and flag concerns
• Maintain relationships with clients throughout the project
• Sequence Panels and coordinate with production to meet requirements
• Coordinate Transport to meet delivery deadlines
• Track, handle and validate variations for correct claiming
• Support director with day-to-day tasks
