Job summary

Concrete Products Australia is seeking a motivated Production/Operations Labourer to join our Proserpine facility. You will work as part of a hands-on team producing precast and prestressed concrete products, maintaining moulds and preparing reinforcement for consistent quality.

Applicants should have a White Card and a valid Driver's Licence. Forklift and crane experience are advantageous, and you will be expected to keep sheds, yard, tools and machinery tidy while performing duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Working as a team to produce precast and prestressed concrete products.
• Maintenance of moulds to ensure quality.
• Preparation of moulds and pans for production.
• Preparation of reinforcement for products.
• Correct packaging of finished products.
• Upkeep of sheds, CPA yard, tools and machinery.
• Performing all duties safely and productively.
• Adhering to guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Compliance with safety measures for yourself, colleagues and the environment.
• Yard/plant maintenance and general labour tasks.
• Any additional duties as requested.

If you are hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the production of high-quality precast and prestressed concrete products, we would love to hear from you!

Experience with forklifts, cranes, dogging and welding an advantage.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Working as a team to produce precast and prestressed concrete products.
• Maintenance of various moulds to ensure provision of quality products.
• Preparation of various moulds and pans to produce precast and prestressed concrete products.
• Preparation of reinforcement for precast and prestressed concrete products.
• Correct packaging of finished products.
• Ensuring the upkeep and tidiness of the sheds, CPA yard, tools, and machinery.
• Performing all duties in a safe and productive manner.
• Working within all guidelines to ensure products are consistent and of a high quality.
• Comply with all measures for the safety of yourself and fellow employees and the environment.
• Yard / Plant maintenance and other housekeeping and general labouring tasks.
• Any additional duties and responsibilities as requested.
